Welcoming staff, convenient location, comfortable room. the friendly atmosphere at the bar with delicious cocktails and the hotel's admirable position near excellent restaurants made our stay enjoyable.

The hotel has a fantastic location and stylish rooms, offering a mix of comfort and modern amenities. A few hiccups included a closed pool and some untrained staff. Nonetheless, it’s close to vibrant nightlife and dining options, making for an enjoyable stay overall.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right by the river and close to many attractions. My room was spacious and clean with an amazing mattress and plenty of pillow options for comfort. Enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and lively nightlife in the area. Unfortunately, the breakfast was quite pricey compared to what you'd find outside, and I found the air conditioning in my room quite inadequate. It tended to get cold at night, and even with two requests to the reception, the issue wasn't resolved. I had to ask for extra bedding since my room was colder than expected. Also, I was disappointed that there were no slippers provided, and I noticed one of the sheets had a stain. Staff were often distracted, making communication challenging and sometimes felt dismissive. Overall, I loved the room and the area but feel the service and attentiveness need significant improvement.

My stay at Barceló Warsaw Powiśle was delightful. The location near Elektrownia Powiśle allows easy access to attractions, and the spacious, modern Superior Double Room provided comfort. The breakfast selection impressed me too. A minor wait at check-in was the only hiccup during my enjoyable stay.
